Lake Michigan Credit Union is looking for a dedicated individual to join the team as a full-time Call Center Specialist I or II.

Responsibilities

*Open to all employees including those within 90 days*

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, assist or direct all incoming calls to the Credit Union
  • Knowledge in LMCU’s products and services
  • Actively pair with other departments to provide accurate information to our members
  • Make qualified referrals
  • Provide the LMCU 5 star customer service promise to all members

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Display a positive attitude, a smile in their voice, and demonstrate professionalism at all times while assisting our membership
  • The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-pace, high-energy department and believes in helping our members and providing them with extraordinary service
  • Excellent communication skills, professional telephone manners, and dependability are essential skills for this role
  • Knowledge in Symitar is preferred
