Position Overview:

The Home Equity Quality Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all 2nd Mortgage Products are in compliance with all RESPA guidelines and that all HMDA reporting is 100% accurate.

 

Responsibilities

  • Daily processing of email In Box and phone queue.
  • Reviews all mortgage closing documents within the Members (3) day rescission period.

  • Ensures 100% accuracy of all documents on the file before members proceeds can be advanced.

  • Assists Home Equity Underwriters and Branches with the gathering of necessary mortgage information and/or review along with completion of Mortgage documents for member review and signing.

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

  •  A high school degree or equivalent.
  • One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
