Position Overview:


This position is responsible for working with mortgage department managers, the IT department, and technology vendors to support applications used by Mortgage Origination. Support includes testing updates, troubleshooting issues, and developing and maintaining instructional materials.


  • Monitoring agency and regulatory changes and addressing any system changes needed with Director of Mortgage Development, IT department, and technology vendors to ensure system solutions will be delivered on time and meet our requirements.
  • Working with IT department and technology vendor to improve efficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and thoroughly test application updates. All issues to be documented, tracked, and reported to management and IT. 
  • Updating and maintaining LOS manual and any resource materials related to Mortgage Origination technology applications. Working with the Mortgage Origination Product Development Analyst and mortgage training department to make updates as needed.
  • Collaborating with department managers, compliance, quality control, and training to identify department needs. Researching and analyzing requests to provide recommendation for system enhancements, policies, and implementation.
  • Supporting users on Loan Origination system and other Mortgage Origination related applications through daily troubleshooting and guidance.


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience is required coupled with a college degree. Five plus years of experience is preferred. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Mortgage technology related applications including, but not limited to Loan Origination software, online application sites, LoanBeam, MI vendor sites, and other vendor applications.
  • High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
