Lake Michigan Credit Union is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Symitar Support Analyst. The primary role of a Symitar Support Analyst is to provide hardware, software, and communication support to maintain the efficiency of the core system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance on hardware, software, or communication problems encountered by the staff on the core system
  • Monitor and make system updates/modifications
  • Research, modify, test, and install hardware and software additions or replacements
  • Recommend policies and procedures regarding system utilization
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of related experience
  • Two-year college degree or higher
  • Significant level of trust, credibility, and diplomacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
