Lake Michigan Credit Union is looking for a dedicated individual to join our Organizational Development department at our corporate office as an Organizational Development Intern for the winter months.

 

Location – Corporate, Glenwood Hills – 5540 Glenwood Hills Parkway SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Implementing and Evaluating the first phase of our Leadership Curriculum.

  • Analyzing Designing, Developing, Implementing and Evaluating other training as required by the business.

  • Creating training standards for job aids, exercises, evaluation methods and tools, WBT, branding, etc.

  • Providing oversight and facilitation support to the Teller training, MSR training, Call Center training, etc.

  • Assisting with Imbedding cultural competency behavioral anchors into the performance appraisal process.

  • Creating a leadership library linked to our Leadership strategy.

  • Creating standard work for all ADDIE/OD processes and chart proficiency of all OD staff against expectations.

  • Assist with launching a talent stream process with documented development plans for High Potential talent.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enjoys working independently, but likes being apart of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time and being very detail-oriented.
  • 3.0 GPA or greater.
  • College student at freshmen, sophomore, junior, senior or master level status or a recent college graduate within the last 3 months. A desire to work in Organizational Development or a related field is preferred.
