Position Overview:

 

The Premier Banker will focus on providing our Premier Banking members with a streamlined approach to all of their banking needs. This will be accomplished by partnering with our members; providing a constant resource of competitive products, enhanced accessibility and service excellence. These products will include Premier deposit products as well as commercial and consumer loan needs. 

Responsibilities

  • Calling on high income/high net worth individuals in an effort to obtain their primary banking relationship. 
  • Presenting Premier Banking Program to targeted groups such as Human Resource departments of local hospitals, law firms, accounting firms, etc. 
  • Actively participates in appropriate organizations to promote the awareness LMCU and Premier Banking; calls on prospects seeking opportunities to expand the Premier Member base. 
  • Handling Commercial and Consumer Loan requests of Premier members. 
  • Meeting with Premier members at their convenience and location to open premier accounts. 
  • Collecting and providing the Premier Banking Assistant with all the appropriate financial information, tax returns, personal financial statements, employment contracts, etc. in order for the member to be approved for Premier Banking. 
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • One to three years of similar or related experience coupled with a college degree. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous Premier (Private) banking and both commercial and consumer lending experience. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
