Position Overview:

The primary purpose of the role is performing administrative activities in support of the credit union’s security program as designated by LMCU policies and procedures.




  • Maintains records of keys, alarm codes and electronic access card inventory. Performs electronic filing of all access

    related documents.

  • Responsible for coordinating company-wide building access for new hires, terminations, transfers, position changes, etc. including tracking of access badge acknowledgements.

  • Performs annual key, alarm code, and electronic access card audits.

  • Effectively works independently and carries out direction from the Security Manager.

  • Maintains parking space assignments for parking garage at Lake Drive Corporate. Performs random monthly selection from eligible employees and manages access to the garage accordingly.



  • A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

  • A high school degree or equivalent

  • Proficient interpersonal skills when communicating with others.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
