Provides company services to Commercial Lines clients. Responsible for working selected accounts with and/or without direct assistance from production.
Respond to and process normal account servicing needs during the policy year, including endorsements, certificates, auto ID cards and billing.
Review and coordinate the renewal of assigned accounts according to the department procedures including remarkets.
Maintain organized computer account files with proper documentation, file construction and integrity as required by department standards.
Respond in a timely, accurate and helpful manner to clients.
Meet agency, department and account service goals and deadlines.
Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
A high school degree or equivalent
