Position Overview:


This position is responsible for monitoring and researching agency, investor, and regulatory changes for Mortgage Origination in order to prepare and maintain products, policies and procedures and reference documents.


  • Preparing all Mortgage Lending bulletins, policies, procedures, and other resources for publication in Allregs and distribution to Mortgage Origination staff.
  • Communicating research of agency, investor, and regulatory changes to Mortgage Product Development Supervisor and/or department managers, compliance, and quality control to coordinate development of policy, procedures, and other resources.
  • Monitoring and researching all agency, regulator, and internal changes related to Mortgage Origination (Loan Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Post Closing/Delivery.)
  • Working with Director of Mortgage Development and Mortgage System Analysts to coordinate any technology roll-outs and enhancements.
  • Maintaining Allregs library, ensuring policies, procedures, and other resource material are kept up to date.


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Five to eight years of similar or related experience paired with a college degree. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and All Regs. 
  • General knowledge of Mortgage related technology applications (Loan Origination software, on-line application sites, LoanBeam, MI vendor sites, agency website and applications, and vendor applications).
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
