Position Overview:

The eService Specialist 1 or 2 is responsible for resolving and responding to member email and web chat requests and questions regarding service, products and account information.

 

Responsibilities

  • Receives and review on-line membership, facilitating to completion
  • Facilitates communications to ensure members receive timely, efficient, and accurate service
  • Communicates with applicants to provide new account information and full understanding of LMCU products and services
  • Researches and resolves member written and verbal inquiries

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • One year to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Background in new accounts is helpful but not mandatory.
