Responsibilities

  • Assisting with restructuring files, extending / locking rates, working with Sales Managers to find solutions for difficult files.
  • Directing daily operations of the Member Direct Mortgage Loan Department and supervises employees; conducting performance appraisals and recommending salary adjustments and/or promotions. Coordinating mortgage loan training and education for employees.
  • Analyzing loan data reports for any corrective action. Maintaining loan accounts including delinquency control, and reporting to regulatory agencies as required; calling on delinquent members as needed. Monitoring Member Direct daily pipeline to identify aged loans and working with staff to resolve issues timely. Assisting with restructuring files, extending/locking rates, working with Sales Managers to find solutions for difficult files. Assisting in maintaining accurate and timely loan statuses pertaining to workflow time lines.
  • Partnering with the Information Systems department to coordinate Mortgage Processing needs. Partnering with Marketing department in developing Member Direct Mortgage Loan promotions.

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years of similar or related exerience coupled with a college degree. 
  • Registered as an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) on the NMLS site. 
  • Extensive knowledge of consumer, commercial and real estate lending practices and procedures.
