    Position Overview:

    The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for providing general maintenance to all facilities / buildings / grounds owned or operated by LMCU as assigned by supervisor.


    • Performs daily general maintenance duties including but not limited to moving furniture, boxes and setting up for special events, etc.

    • Keeps buildings and grounds clean and free from debris.

    • Makes minor maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs, painting, removes snow and ice from walkways and driveways.

    • Keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the credit union.

    • Sweeps, mops, vacuums, spot clean carpets and polishes floors on an as needed basis.


    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • High school degree or equivalent
    • One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
