    Position Overview:

     

    The Marketing Assistant Account Executive/Business Analyst will support the Marketing Account Executive/Business Analyst as a liaison between the Marketing department and our internal business groups. The Marketing Assistant Account Executive/Business Analyst will assist in the collection of research to gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and marketing goals and objectives, their market and competitive challenges, and learn about their products and competition. Additionally, the Marketing Assistant Account Executive/Business Analyst will work with the Marketing Account Executive/Business Analyst to help develop an annual marketing plan for each client, including a 12 month marketing calendar along with the appropriate tracking/measurement variables. Also, this role will assist and contribute in the creation of advertising concepts, and develop promotional campaigns based on the client’s needs. 

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting in the account management of the Mortgage division by working with the Mortgage marketing support team to identify LO needs and marketing communication solutions/support tools.
    • Following up on key mortgage LO marketing projects by working with mortgage marketing support team and the marketing staff (art department, project manager, web designer, etc.) to ensure client marketing goals are achieved.
    • Ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner by working with Marketing Account Executive Business Analyst, creative staff and mortgage client and communicating status to all relevant parties.
    • Assisting in the organizing and collection of research, both primary and secondary, and organizing the findings in a written report and communicating relevant findings to the AE and client and marketing staff.
    • Developing and maintaining an understanding of the Mortgage division’s business environment and goals by participating in meetings, conducting appropriate competitive research, working with client staff and staying current on industry trends.
    • Assisting Marketing Account Executive Business Analyst in assigned projects using the CRM system and HubSpot to help manage the segmentation of member data to identify opportunities to grow our business. Identify member segments and life stages and the member segments with the greatest propensity (wants and needs) for particular products and services.

    Qualifications

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • One to three years of similar or related experience coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field. 
    • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to independently handle multiple projects at one time.
