Position Overview:

The Front End Developer will maintain the HTML content of our websites, including monitoring web traffic and evaluating what technology is appropriate for design. Additionally, this role will be responsible for evaluating business partner requests for new requirements and/or functional enhancements.


  • Designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting and implementing the necessary front-end code and templates to meet functional requirements for LMCU's website.
  • Applying design and development tool capabilities to existing website as those capabilities improve.
  • Writing new code and collaborating with developers and project managers to from concept to implementation.
  • Analyzing the performance of LMCU's website and taking the appropriate action to correct issues based on employee and member feedback.
  • Documenting website problems that are encountered and the appropriate resolution for future reference.
  • Working with Media Designers, Back End Developers and Project Managers to ensure the integration of design with back-end technology to create a great user experience.


  • A college degree.
  • 1-3 years of similar or related experience.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and Responsive Web Design Pattern (via Media Queries or Frameworks).
  • In-depth knowledge of how HTML/CSS/jQuery interacts with different browsers and operating systems.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Familiarity with different design frameworks is a plus.
