Position Overview:

The Mortgage Servicing Monetary Specialist is responsible for resolving and responding to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information. The position is also responsible for analyzing and rectifying customer concerns using establlished procedures.


  • Responsible for the research, and correction of FHLB rejects.

  • Responsible for the research, monitoring and application processing of unapplied payments; timely and accurately.

  • Responsible for Accounting exceptions ACH set up; research, communication and correction.

  • Assists in the accurate servicing of ARM and Balloon loans.

  • Assists in the accurate and timely processing of Loan Modifications


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • College Degree
  • 1-3 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service and adhering to the 5 Star Promise.
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of mortgage documents
  • Must be proficient in various technologies such as: MS Office, Symitar, Interlinq, Midanet, Mornet, Freddie Selling System, and Fannie Loan Delivery System.
