    Position Overview:

    Responsible for the preparation of periodic loan accounting reports, loan payment processing and administration; reconciliation;
    administration of insurances, annual escrow analysis, 1098 reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintains mortgage information including payment postings, import new loans and updating member information,
      processing payoffs, curtailments, monthly billing statements, adjustments, account research, etc.
    • Answers telephone enquiries from members on routine inquiries regarding payoffs, change of owner, note
      modifications, beneficiaries and other details of existing loans.
    • Prepare routine letters to members.
    • Performs other job related duties assigned by supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
    • A high school degree or equivalent
    • Proficient interpersonal skills when communicating with others.
