    • Assist with the completion of annual assessments for Business members utilizing ACH and Remote Deposit Services.
    • input all new Business Online Banking members in to system.
    • Coordinate and/or assist in training new and existing Treasury members.
    • Handle all service calls and/or emails for Treasury services.
    • Provide resolution to all treasury issues that occur daily-seek solutions for common issues, and communicate resolutions.
    • Set up analysis accounts to ensure correct charges are assessed and appropriate waives have been put in place, as requested.
    • Reporting monthly analysis statements to approprate management units.
    • Responsible for the daily review of all remote deposit capture and mobile banking transactions and recording and monitoring discrepancies and maintaining reports of these reviews.




    • Proficient in applicable software applications, i.e.: word, excel, etc.
    • Proficient interpersonal skills when communicating with others.
    • A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
    • Detail Oriented.
