    Lake Michigan Credit Union is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Mortgage Post Close Analyst

    Responsibilities

    Candidates should possess:

     

    Knowledge – Has a working knowledge of the products offered by LMCU as well as Investor, Federal, State and Company guidelines for saleable closed mortgage loans.

    Customer Service – Has a true desire to listen and get clarification to the needs of the customer to provide a win/win outcome; Responds well to questions; Able to communicate effectively and professionally in a verbal or written manner.

    Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data.

    Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

    Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.

    Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently, Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Develops realistic action plans.

    Initiative - Seeks increased responsibilities; Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities for increased responsibility; Asks for and offers help when needed.

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in MS Office products including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Symitar, Destiny, Interlinq, Midanet, Mornet, Freddie Selling System and Fannie Loan Delivery System is a plus.
