    • Responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine daily loan operations activities, documentation preparation and follow-up of residential, commercial and consumer loans.

    • Performs day-to-day loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Loan Operations Department.
    • Prepare and file UCC Continuations.
    • Maintain insurance tracking – Phone contact with clients & insurance agents to get policy renewals.
    • Order tax service contracts.
    • Ensure loan bills are printed and mailed on a timely basis and payments are processed timely.
    • Handle general customer inquires.
    • LaserPro Doc Prep/Review, Loan Booking, Escrow Monitoring, Imaging, and HMDA/Adverse Actions.


    • A minimum of three to five years of similar or related experience, preferably in loan operations, with a thorough knowledge of the loan service process.
    • Proficient in applicable software applications, i.e.: word, excel, etc.
    • Proficient interpersonal skills when communicating with others.
    • Detail oriented.
