    Position Overview:

    This position is responsible for supporting the Business Development team and manager. Managing of MaxMember and MaxAdvantage

    strategy and systems platforms. This role is also responsible for coordinating the SEG Manager CRM system and partnering with IS.



    • Coordinating all Business Development and team support activities which include weekly sales calls with various

      market leaders, flight plan information; which will give all context for meeting with a future partner with LMCU,

      prepare a team agenda for each market.

    • Manage MaxAdvantage marketing by communicating to each market leader and coordinate access/personalize for teammates in Business Development department.

    • Responsible for managing content in the G: Drive for Business Development and able to interoperate information for the team and LMCU partners.

    • Partnering with IT (Application Support Analyst) to manage SEG Manager CRM system; where they will communicate with a rep from the CRM system company, pull data out of system and gather info for future plans based on needs and opportunities in each market.

    • Report analysis to manager and Business Development team. Analysis will include review of data as well as implement a strategy.

    • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.



    • A minimum of three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
    • Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours.

    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Symitar, SEG Manager, CRM and LoanQuest.

    • Proficient interpersonal skills when communicating with others.
