The Loss Mitigation Mortgage Specialist is responsible for performing collection activities on delinquent mortgage loans. Additionally, this position is responsible for following up on problem accounts from preliminary phone calls through foreclosure as necessary.
Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional performance of the mortgage collection functions.
Assumes responsibility for ensuring that professional business relations are established and maintained with Credit Union members.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Credit Union personnel.
