    Position Overview:

    The ACH Mortgage Account Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to mortgage/investor accounting and ACH processing.



    • Process ACH Transactions, exception process, reconcile GL, resolve issues, and assist business accounts with their ACH processing.
    • Reconcile and exception processing for mortgage bank accounts and general ledgers
    • Follow processes and procedures while working to bring resolution to issues.


    Preferred Education and Experience:


    • Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong sense of dedication.
    • Ability to work in a group and individually
    • Highly motivated, energetic and positive attitude are necessary skills for success in this role.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
    • Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
