    Position Overview:

    Provides company services to Commercial Lines clients. Responsible for working selected accounts with and/or without direct assistance from production.


    • Respond to and process normal account servicing needs during the policy year, including endorsements, certificates, auto ID cards and billing.

    • Review and coordinate the renewal of assigned accounts according to the department procedures including remarkets.

    • Maintain organized computer account files with proper documentation, file construction and integrity as required by department standards.

    • Respond in a timely, accurate and helpful manner to clients.

    • Meet agency, department and account service goals and deadlines.



    • Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

    • A high school degree or equivalent

    • Current Insurance License

    • Proficient interpersonal skills when communicating with others.
