    Position Overview:

    The ATM Servicing Representative is responsible for balancing ATM transactions by verifying member checks and cash against the ATM machine transaction summary adjusting accounts with member input errors, balancing transaction totals for each assigned ATM machine and preparing and forwarding items to proof department.





    • Balances ATM transactions by verification of member checks and cash against the ATM machine transaction summary.

    • Balances transaction totals for each assigned ATM according to established department standards and regulations.

    • Prepares and forwards items to proof department on a daily basis.

    • Ensures all assigned ATM machines are operational; on a daily basis checks for machine malfunctions according to established procedures.

    • Ensures all maintenance on ATM machines are completed timely at non peak times to provide members maximum use of the service.

    • Prepares periodic reports on ATM activity as requested by management.



    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • High School degree or equivalent.
    • One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory.
