    Position Overview:

    The IT Business Analyst position is responsible for performing specialized financial research and organizing customer services operations data to support the efficient and timely completions of transaction computations. Additionally, is responsible for providing assistance in the development of what-if product/pricing scenarios and trend analysis. 


    • Researches customer service operational data to assist in decision-making regarding pricing decisions, trend analysis, and service evaluations.
    • Automates the compilation of recurring research and report requests. Assists in the development, tracking and compilation of requested research of external service providers.
    • Assists in the development of project plans and provides support to management in the tracking and reporting of various customer service projects.
    • Creates documented procedures for operational projects, research and report generation.




    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • A college degree
    • Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
